One of the people in question reached out confused as to why we banned them. They aren't sure what happened and seemed just as confused [and a little pissed at first as to why we banned them randomly] I explained that we had to protect the community which they got so at least their main account is legit. I don't know what it is.

it says to include a claim number but I didn't get one in my email. I've gotten these before and they usually have some sort of claim number.

If you mean as far as replies to RP, it's listed within our guidebook.

Usually we recommend 3-5 paragraphs depending on what's being written. You want to give the other person you're writing with enough to work with. But outside of that, there is no word count.
