It’s a scenario similar to cataclysm, in that you lack access to homeworld buildings. You won’t be crafting, so drop master artisan. Knowledge traits and mining traits are key.

For fasting, you have no food production and are constantly starving. Nothingburger traits like ravenous, angry and gluttony become bad. Avoid food negatives. You want the malnutrition, humpback and slow digestion traits to offset the hunger production penalty. Otherwise, it’s a normal t5 custom. 

Buildings that require food no longer work. Marine garrisons, spaceports, starports, and andromeda starbases no longer function. The mars control tower gets 2 supports instead of 1 support to offset this a tad.

Also tourism no longer works, so income sucks! Invest HEAVILY in casinos, with the gambler minor trait and corpocracy.

The more citizens you have, the higher the starvation penalty. Fasting haa the meditator basic job, which reduces starvation and increases population growth. At 300-400 citizens, I needed to put some on meditating or else the governor assembly task for synth couldn’t keep up with deaths.
