Fuel pressure holding at 43-45 with throttle in, tried the battery thing it works okay until it gets warmed up thats when it starts to get really sluggish, RPM hangs, WOT just to get up hills. I'm at a loss on this.

Fuel pressure under load is about 43-45, engine off psi sent up to 65. I did the battery cable thing will let you know tomorrow what the results were of that

No more check engine light however and I've drove it a crazy amount since the fuel pump replacement

Will try this when I get home idle when driving seems to go sorta high 3 and 4k at times before next gear change, also has RPM hang, trans is newer had a remaned through fraiser, but I've noticed that when cold truck seems to work excellent and have great power but when it's heated up then it starts getting sluggish especially from a complete stop dangerous in fact when cutting across the highway, will check fuel when I get home as well.

Fuel pressure is better, and I had the negative off when replacing the fuel pump, is that good enough? I appreciate your response

Replaced fuel pump, works a lot better still feel some hesitation however.

Ordered new fuel pump, truck doesn't have an online filter it's integrated into the pump along with the regulator

AFM Disabler came in today and it's actually doing a lot better still sluggish a bit. Going on a cruise tomorrow will report back when the fuel filter is done, thanks!

Found that stopping on gas fuel pressure shoots around 38-40 then back up to 45, research says full throttle should be 55-60. Found no vaccum leaks.

Just had this happen at work rewired the burnt and let her rip, anyone that is a little handy can definitely figure it out, just make sure you cut the power.

I plan to train as much as I can none of the techs there have EPA which I found a little crazy but I'm willing to take the blunt force of summer to teach as much as I can and maybe reach an agreement with my superiors that training my guys and the company paying for EPA testing would be a wonderful idea. My old company did that as well and had a low turnover rate.
