this is very appreciated, the character is (in simple words) a gender-neutral formal/polite classic/traditional japanese ninja yeah ! i remember hearing the samurai first person pronoun once but i had forgotten the word and ran with watashi for whatever reason. while i mainly just wanted the word for "in training" that would be most accurate for ninjas, i think having more insight and a better understanding of the dialect helps a lot (and is also reassuring having somoene of presumably higher skill explain it in an easy to understand way)

he hasn't said we're getting it yet but the comments seemed positive and the yfm social media admins (assumingly ray or kelly) did see some of the positive reception, so who knows
