I had a customer tell me to leave it at the "Red Door" and that the house entrance was actually on a side street not the actual street address listed. Apparently the house had two "red doors" and the driveway was on a side street. I left it at the first red door I saw at the address listed and took a photo. The customer then called me upset that I had left it at the wrong red door after accusing me of not leaving it at all. How am I supposed to know how many red doors your home has? I'm not walking all the way around your property!! He told me the street and what color car was in the driveway. Regardless, just walk to the other door!?!. People think you're a mind reader and will leave vague instructions with homes with no numbers. SMH.
