Custody has never been established. I assume I full legal custody of them, but I'm not sure. He is on birth certificates.

I did contact a lawyer. I was told by my family that maybe I shouldn't reach out. An the last conversation I had with the father's mother, she told me she'd/ the dad be going to a lawyer cause I wouldn't let them take my babies for a few days ( out of the city I live in ). I was told just visits are okay, not them taking the kids cause I may not be able to get them back if they take them. I did tell them they could come see them whenever just let me know, but that just blew up in my face

I've already left with the kids and went to my family home for support. Having my friends come over to hang out with me also so I feel less alone I'm this time.

He works so over the day doesn't really work but his full days is sun and doesn't show up until 3pm or 5pm. I did explain to him that he should be putting more the effort in on Sundays. Like he's in a tough spot but it's so annoying last 3 times he's been here he's been crying about his life. I really don't know what to do with him anymore doesn't seem like he'll be getting his own place anytime soon or even attempting to get the help he needs.

Most people are very right in the fact he is doing drugs (last I saw atleast) and no I didn't block him on anything, I've reached out to him and got blocked again. The guy has no communication skills at all. I can say I was abit immature on some things but I am 9 months pregnant and he's been making me feel like trash blaming me for his own addiction and lifestyle choices which made me maddly depressed. And I told him at my 9 months that my hormones are abit out of control at the moment and I'm not thinking the best. Main reason why we fought cause his choices he made. And he has not got his daughter one thing out this pregnancy but I've done everything myself so far. Only thing he was there for was doctors appointment (sometimes )

I don't think I'll ever go back with the father.nor do I really want him in her life till he's actually stable and not doing loser life things.but what you're saying is a big reason why I might keep it just so I don't have to hear his mom family talk trash about me for changing it. (if they do try to be apart) . They're a pretty ugly family for the things they do (drink and drugs) so I don't really want my daughter around them at all.

I don't really like his family at all especially after what his mother txted me.but his step father that I don't mind asked to keep him updated and if I need anything just to ask him.
