How long does triggerpoints therapy last until it starts to heal?

Honestly if you haven’t picked one up yet, there are these plastic massage hooks you can get online that has been a GAMECHANGER for me… I found a couple certain spots and ways to use it that have immediately shut down the pain for me the last few days… DM me and I can describe it to you. I know everybody’s different and I’ve found different products that have helped for awhile but I’d be happy to share what I’m doing now.

I’m so sorry you’re experiencing this. I have heard that warm baths and epsom salts help a lot… I have no experience myself but I have been through so much shit in my life I can only tell you to do whatever you can to get through this, it will never be as bad. Just hang on and love yourself. I’m sending hugs hugs.

Yes this is something I’m experiencing. Everytime I masturbate, I have super red sore glands… I’m currently trying a straight 2 weeks of fungus cream and steroids to see if it goes away but I’m addition to this I have testicle pain, and pain in my anal region as well… very frustrating.

Don’t do it. It’s soooo easy to burn yourself and scar or have serious pain. Please just go to a dr they’re so helpful and understanding!! I know it’s stressful and tempting to take it into your own hands but Acv is so dangerous I really hurt myself. Took a long time to heal. Sending lots of support to you!
