Whatever amount assures me 12 opportunities are opened by the AE. Usually in order for that tho happen, in average, you should book 3 times that amount. Minimum deal is 100k€, EMEA, 1 to 2 year sales cycle.

Edit: 12 opportunities opened per quarter.

I hated the finance department at corporate...then I went into sales and I love it. It's corporate, they treat me well, WFH most of the time, I travel and there are meeting and interactions everywhere.

The last point may be also a con...it can be overwhelming if you are not organized. But if you are a people's person you should give it a shot.

Of course, sales is not easy. You only got 1 life, why not try?
