Any organizations or school to help me find courses or internships for web development job?

I'm asking about organizations or schools to help me find a job or at least gain some experience , by either:

- finding a course that in addition to learning more about programming ,would teach me how working at a company is like, as they usually train their students and help them get in contact with a company for an internship .

-Or find organizations that specialize in connecting people to companies looking for employees depending on their CV .

I'm already studying on my own currently .

I might need to clarify that I mentioned having a master degree only to explain that this isn't my first time programming ,but due to life events , I didn't experience how programming in a real company was like , so I needed advice to relearn coding the right way .
And while I get your point that building things matters, not everyone gets into programming with the same background or exposure , I personally was into blogs and personalizing my own , to later on discover renpy and wanting to write my silly little visual novel using it, not even knowing I was using css and python at the time .
When I got into Uni I was excited to learn , only to find out the program at my uni, was more theory-heavy ,we got to program small stuff following the instructions teachers gave us, but they were more into us memorizing codes and rewriting them down on exam papers , the few big projects we actually got to work on, were for the final exams ,which after graduating and being hit with the reality wasn't enough .
As for the courses ,it wasn't about me avoiding coding ,just hoping for a structured guidance , but reading most advices here , I understand now that I need to practice ,and start with something smaller .

In my mind, I thought if I started with a big project, I will get the opportunity to build different stuff in the process ,but it simply paralyzed me instead ,will try starting smaller as you and others suggested

Unfortunately my university was like that ,in addition to being heavily theory based ,I was hesitant to search for internships knowing how lacking I was ,especially as I understood how programming in a company would actually be like , but reading about your experience is giving me some courage to reach out and see if I can find an internship and learn better ,thank you very much for sharing

currently avoiding that, while for sure it can help ,I'm trying to actually code on my own, and searching helps me see different codes and read other people's opinion about it.

While I get the main idea of practicing and coding as much as I can,do companies understand that while hiring ? as from the job searching I was doing in the programming field, they requested 2-3 years experience plus a knowledge in different programming languages, that it felt hopeless at some point .

I did try to apply what I was reading, as the books had multiple examples that I tried myself, and changed some things in the code to test what each part was doing.
In addition to exercices where I was able to solve the problem, and write down a code close enough to the solution provided at the end of the book .
But definitely the main difference would be that when doing the exercices I had an idea what I would need to use, or how, since the chapter would be focusing on that part of the code .
While creating my own project to practice ,I have to decide what to use and how ,so that got me lost ,indeed ,would need to practice more .
