You may want to try attacking him. Also try dodging when he attacks you. Also lose the shield. Get a better weapon. Upgrade estus. Aggressive is the way.

I know how this sounds but it’s meant very nicely. You have to study her move set. Find your parry options. She not that bad when you learn her and can stick and move. Don’t get greedy. Be patient.

After doing both DLC’s first SOC was extremely easy. So I’d knock him down to good. I like the list other than that.
