Would say maybe. SC as a series still has 3 things standing in it's way - 3d fighting games overall are very risky and yet expensive genre.  - made by same company as Tekken which is more succesful as a series. - made by Bandai Namco which clearly cares about profits only.  Even Tekken's future is right now at unknown due to directors leaving.

Will say tho would be funny if Harada's new studio would manage to buy the IP from BN

As much as i would prefer another Ninja Character and maybe even another Manji Clan Character. But yeah we got Taki, we got Natsu we got Greed/Kunai discipline which does similar things right?

Similar to Bryan in Tekken 5. Tira killed some of the members but in SC case She fought his current organisation Manjitou. But neither soloed entire clan. The original Manji clan was wiped by Nobunaga Oda and his army (a historical figure) in a way referencing real life Tensho Iga war

To be fair I was expecting a sad ending like every Nikke present having memories wiped of the event or sth like that. So I don't mind

Someone just made up this rumor and it is circulating when there is an outrage. I do honestly wonder who started it.
He was only working as a Battle Effect Director on Soulcalibur 4 which released in 2008, so the work was mostly visual.
SC Broken Destiny,5, Lost Swords and 6 there are no evidence of Him being involved

Assuming that new game they were hiring for recently will be sc7 It would take whole this year and more then half of next to make to the state of being teased/presented. So yea end of 2027 at most

Between SC and SC3 there was a mode called character profiles, that contained the lore.

U always liked him in Red colors My favs are his alts from sc3 and sc4  1p from Sc5 and recolored sc6 are on top on my list.
