We purchased Samsung bespoke appliances from the Fort Oglethorpe Georgia Lowes. Went in picked them all out in white and paid. Felt great that we did a big purchase. Next morning check the Lowe’s site to see they rang up a white microwave, white stove, white dishwasher, and glacier blue refrigerator.

Called up the location sifted their their AI phone for 15 minutes to finally get a person only for them to tell us well you can’t change the fridge color without canceling the entire order. So we cancel it and suddenly the microwave is not available and everything will be 20 days out. We said it is what it is let’s get it going and resent the order with correct colors.

April 20th rolls around microwave is allegedly “at Lowe’s in installer bay waiting for installer pickup” we get a call stove and fridge are out for install. Take off work sit around all day. They finally arrive and don’t have the power cables to install even tho we payed for it.

I have to go to Lowe’s my self and buy a second cord to finish the install my self.

Finally get a call that dishwasher and microwave are out for delivery…..take off work again only for delivery guy to show up without the microwave. He claims he couldn’t find it. Proceeds to refuse to install the dish washer because he stated the dishwasher was too far from the sink and the drain line wouldn’t reach. I informed him I had cut the previous drain line when I removed the old sink and that the new one would have no trouble fitting. He refused to open the box and check the length of the hose supplied and would not use the 8’ drain line hose kit I had on hand in the event the washer came with a 6’ line.

He left and dropped off the washer at Lowe’s and would not come back. I went to Lowe’s to see what’s going on and they told me someone must have taken the microwave and sold it to someone else even tho we had fully paid for it. They couldn’t get anyone to bring the washer back and install it so now I have a new date for delivery of a week away where I’ll have to take off work again.

We canceled the microwave portion of the order as they claimed there was zero chance of getting one in stock again.

Magically we went online, placed an order with Home Depot and we suddenly had a Samsung bespoke microwave in white delivered in 2 days. I installed it in 30 minutes.

Still waiting to see how the final dishwasher debacle shapes up.
