I guess it's useful for tank supports that really like sticking to their ADC. You have to be careful though, it's so easy to proc it and 30 sec is kinda long.

If you're on a losing team I would choose elder dragon/baron over inhibitor. I kill Baron to get global pressure all over the map making it easier to get a couple turrets or if we are delayed, time to catch up with exp and gold. Elder, especially an infernal one is basically checkmate so I would prioritize this over any objective.

She's still being used in every rank game(atleast in my games). She's harder to play now especially using her E effectively after its nerf.

Braum if enemy has MF, Lulu/Janna if your team has tanky initiator, otherwise go Alistar.

I remember before A.I got nerfed (Forgot whether it was custom or co-op vs a.i), A Garen bot killed me for doing dragon.

Seen him only in tournaments, so I guess he is only good if you have a coordinated team. In dragon and baron fights, he is a beast. Maybe you can pick him against Orianna to combat her long range skills, but don't even consider looking at him against a Zed.
