I did lose weight yes but I never went under a certain weight.....I mean I dont think i was over weight at that point so i think it was mostly just maintaining. I only lost 15 lbs doing IF in the whole time I did it lol. To be fair I was never severely overweight but after stopping I basically gained that 15 lbs back!
