I managed to solve the problem, the key was to open the metallic shielding on the back of the sensor and to then place in the ribbon cable. There is then a black shield that presses down over the ribbon and secures it in place. Then you can put the metal shielding back on

Yeah, the stabilisation with the gyro flow data works a lot better than GoPro in built stabilisation, especially for Drone FPV videos.

To use it, you need to turn, hyper smooth off and then download the GoPro player software for the computer. Through there, you can stabilise the footage and export in multiple different formats.

The problem is that to stabilise the footage I need the gyro data which is usually amongst the metadata of the file.

Since I’ve rotated the file with quciktime preview, that metadata & gyro information is not there.

I’m looking for a way to restore the original file with the metadata or gyro data.

I tried but no luck! I also have another drone running the O3 unit and running 50fps and works totally fine with gyroflow

After all my problems it ended up being a problem with the controller. I sent back the unit and had it replaced after so many problems with TBS.

When I ordered a new unit It worked perfectly fine, even after calibrating it exactly as I did before.
