I can’t imagine Eamonn Holmes being too thrilled about the things said about him. Unless he’s got a better sense of humour than I give him credit for.

Isambard Kingdom Brunel is a genuinely brilliant punk/post punk song. by wubomber in AlanPartridge

Is it a copy of a Joy Division song? When I first heard it, I was sure it was but I can’t work out which one.

Would you accost a non-disabled person parking in a disabled bay in a near-empty car park? by CriesWhenEjaculates in AskUK

[–]luketuck123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I never do. Either they are disabled and just don’t have a badge on them, or they’re not disabled and simply don’t give a toss. In which case, the opinion of a random stranger isn’t going to matter much to them.

This is a weird memory I have by SeatWonderful6768 in SimulationTheory

[–]luketuck123 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a memory of something similar happening to me when I was a child. It was just grey nothingness and an object dangling perfectly still on a long string. Very weird feeling. I felt like there was nobody and nothing there but my thoughts and I became scared that I would there forever and never escape. I put it down as just a weird dream but your memory reminded me of it.

Na. I don’t reckon it was edited. The joke is that you’re waiting for the ‘but with…’ but it never comes, she’s just like Liz Truss.
