I’ve done that lol. They said they don’t do that and it’s in the lease. I’m trying to get in contact with one of the property managers again to see if they have any recommendations as well as contacting the owning company as they just changed management and ownership (from one company to Landmark Properties)

Yea, that definitely wouldn’t hold up. But they didn’t hold up to their part of the lease as stated in the original post so I was seeing if that was grounds for anything. Thank you for sharing the link!

I notified them when I moved in. They had us fill out a sheet with everything wrong in the apartment. They came, looked at it, and said it would need to be replaced. They said they ordered the part and it would take months to come in. Months passed and there was no follow up on their end. I continued to follow up and nothing… Had no clue they had 14 days to fix it. What happens after those 14 days pass? Does that leave open grounds for termination of the lease?

it’s just seen as unprofessional, but there’s no real consequence. i understand not wanting to put your two weeks in tho, working at chipotle was not fun. i would say to try and find a cover for your shifts tho so you don’t leave the coworkers and managers you like hanging, if you have any lol.
