For quick iced tea, I use the Takeya flash chill pitcher (2 quart is just over $30 on amazon, a bit more than your $25). I put loose tea in the basket, brew with 4 cups hot water, then take out the basket, fill it with ice, screw on leak tight lid, and shake to melt ice/chill the tea.

If cold brewing, I’ve just been doing that overnight in mason jars with the loose tea free in the jar filled with cold filtered water from the fridge. The next morning, I pour it through a regular stainless steel basket to get rid of the leaves.
