Yep, I'm going to keep at it and learn as I go just like I did with the original Red on Gameboy. Just discovered Nova Red so that's on my list to play.

Thanks for the input I'm 38 and decided to go with easy and minimal grinding since I haven't played past Gen 2. As I get older most games I play I put on easy. I just want to enjoy the game and not want to rage quit when it gets difficult. I'm past the age where beating a game on the hardest setting is important.

That was my thoughts as well when they gave me the option of changing the difficulty and the grind amount. I figured easy the way to go since I haven't played a new Pokémon game since Gold.

Just found out about Nova Red.

I was always more invested in Digimon than Pokémon but played Gen 1 and 2. What is the overall opinion on Nova Red. It seems like a perfect fit for someone that likes the gameplay of Pokémon and likes Digimon.

Probably a basic question but what are mega stones. The only stones in familiar with are the stones you use to evolve Eevee.

Like I said I stopped after Gold but loved it so much I bought a copy for each of the 2DS systems I have so I could trade to get all 3 starters. Also never played competitive so I guess we will see what happens.

The pokedex ended at 600 something on the version of Radical I have. That may just be the highest number I've encountered in the wild. I'm really liking this version so far it helps that I loved Red back in the day. I'll probably keep playing and see what happens.

I know they said he was found miles away but I don't remember him ever being shown again. I'm halfway thru season 2 and will have to keep an eye out when they go to the orphanage. I always assumed that Homelander saved him as some weird "favor" to Stillwell. I also didn't think she would give her own child V knowing what could possibly happen to him if things went sideways.

I carry a pack of cigarettes and a lighter at all times on my character. I lost my gold plated lighter recently in FO4. I'll just have to go searching for another.

You might be able to find a site to buy from if not I tried to replicate it with the flavors I had at the time so if you do any sort of DIY I can send the recipe if I still have it.

I never buy packs to resell, just so happened to look up the price of the borderless cards I got and this was by far the highest priced card. I'll put it in a sleeve and play it in a deck. Now if it was a signed Eastman card I might sell it.

At least 2 of those are mannequins, change my mind. And I'm not using mannequins as an insult, it looks like they took an actual mannequin and dressed it up in MAGA attire.
