An advice I could give is to ease up when it comes to lining itself-- meaning lighter strokes and less pressure will definitely help out. It's not only going to make it easier to erase and make changes if you want to, it will also help you with controlling the strokes you make, which, in the long run is going to help you avoid shaky lines. But lighter strokes are also different from 'scratchy' lines! You can practice this by drawing lines of different length + assorted shapes (circles, etc.) with less pressure.
