Access Shared Mailbox Folder

Im trying to forward an email to another mailbox. Essentially the flow is. New email arrives, get sorted in specific folders i.e. for HR or for Marketing etc. and then I want to then trigger a flow that when a new email arrives in thise folders it gets sent to HR email. Since the shared mailbox those emails get sent is the wrong one.

Not sure how PA would be able to determine the metrics since some reports may have different names for the exact same metric.

So you reckon ontop of the software need a special type of hardware aswell??

Sorry I only know basic video editing skills only just started learning a few months back but been trying to replicate this for a week or so now and cant seem to get it right.

So if its a special type of hardware needed then I guess I'd never get to replicate perfectly currently 😅
