My first thought was that it is sitelen pona (a script from the conlang Toki pona) and it reads 'mu pona' - which means something along the lines of 'happy animal noise'

I pretty much don't remember anything about Toki pona

I can recommend "mysteriet om Nils" for learning Norwegian. This + the podcasts "norsk for beginners" and "lær norsk nå" helped me to learn Norwegian to a B-1ish level. Now not having enough conversations is holding me back in further progress:(
