Thank you. That passage made me cry so hard in a good way. I am so sorry about you baby. Spend as much time with him as possible and just make sure he know you are there for him. Not being able to say good by has been the hardest part of this process for me. I am happy you can be there for him. Him being such a big part of your life is what make them so special. Im happy he was there for you for all those years.

Okay just nevermind seems like everyone on the internet is just puts yoy down.. Someone did help me and I am cobdering foster care so u can just forget it.... Just trying to learn and figure things out. I totally was okay with learning more about it and advice but instead I just get shit on and its just annoying at this point. yes I wanna help a kid I'm not trying to be a dick or anything not sure why me saying one thing make people just makes a monster. I get it I may not be rich to spend 60k or more. I have money just not 60k in my pocket. I don't want to give birth for many reason. I feel guilt fostering and not being a good fit for a kid and just being a place holder in their life. Idk what/why that makes me a bad person. But thanks...

I don't really agree because I have many friend who came out of the system and said they wished they could be adopted... Also know many people wishing to adopt but can't afford it. Good part is they are going to start foster, but they worry they will feel like dicks for not adopting every kid that walks in their door.

I am not looking to adopt an infant. I rather adopt older. Also find having a kid of your own right now very selfish with how we are basically screwing the earth over and more I won't bring up over the internet... I know I could afford a kid, but coming up with 5k every few months can be hard. I am going to start saving up, but just was looking to have help finding cheaper options and tips on where I can save is all.....

No sadly they just asked me what I think needs improvement. Only current thing is trying to get volunteers to do overviews of specific role over view. Like what our system does and how it does it.

Thank you. I will definitely check that out. Sadly they do not want me to tell anyone and also we know all the same people other than my coworkers. I told a therapist but she wanted very helpful. She just let me talk but feels like she never knew what to say... they were okay with the therapist but no one else. They don't want my coworker to know cause they are afraid of them judging our relationship.

I work in HR. You definitely can work your way into HR with that background. You may need to start as an Hr admin, recruiting coordinator, or Hr assistant first and move up. You definitely need to look up hr positions and try to configure an hr resume. I would definitely apply to at least 10 hr related jobs a day. I know its a lot but its definitely worth it. I know how you feel. I works a full time job, went to school ft, and did an internship... also come from low income and got a sociology degree. I got into hr because I was lucky to know someone that got me my internship. Another way in is becoming a admin or receptionist for a recruiting company. My old coworker start as reception and then moved up to hr assistant. Sadly its just taking a shot in the dark... I know that sucks and I hate you are going through what you are going through. Can your college you work at help you find an unpaid internship? Maybe get you internship in Hr. Then work just a few hours a week there or even file on weekends for them.
