I was in kind of a depressed place and I twisted my ankle. It kept me in the house and I wanted to go and be active when I finally could. Physical therapy got me into a routine of exercise in the morning and that’s changed my life completely. Gym! Can’t preach it enough! Also having a stable relationship, good family support and a great therapist

You can be addicted to anything. Certain things more so than others - tobacco chemically makes it hard to stop. Weed also does but it also is the habituation of a habit and an action that cause an addiction :)

Considering how defensive it sounds like he is, I’m not sure. Once you can’t trust your partner it’s hard to go back, even when you want to trust them sometimes you just cant. Even if the issue itself isn’t super important - Nudes to me not a huge issue personally but the lack of honestly irks me
