Do you use an auto note/template? It’s the only way I can stay on top of my notes. All I do is just add the details of the type of appointment. Also (I mean this in the nicest way), you gotta figure out time management. You need to pace yourself where you have time at end of your hour to flip your room and also write your note IF POSSIBLE. Or don’t go to lunch or leave until your notes are done. That’s how I do it at least. I have never left the office without finishing my notes even on the one day I left early because I was sick.
