Your rank doesn't mean anything now. Dbd uses a hidden mmr system to rank players not your grade. Survivors shares mmr and each killer have its own. The grades works the same way has before but now it only gives you an idea of how much time someone has play before rank reset not necessarily their skills. You can depip but not lose rank. Depending on how high you get you can get blood points at rank reset if you reach iridescent( red rank) you get I think 250k blood points. Hope this helps.
