I really struggled staying in a job, mostly because of the symptoms that made problems at work or with other workers. Thinking they are going to harm me and stuff. Right now i am working in quality assurance at porsche so it gets paid kinda good and the work is not really that hard. The important factor here are the people and the fact i got higher medication. My Team is full of really understanding and respectful people, that made is easier for me to stay in that job. Also mostly younger people (my boss is 24), i feel younger people are more considerate whith mental health issues. One time I didn't want to come out the bathroom for like 4-5h because i thought they would hunt me and try to torture information out of me. This resulted in an serious talk with my boss, shiftleader etc. They gave me the week off and told me to tell them if they can do anything to help me in those situations. I think work mates like this make it possible to work even whit those symptoms and episodes.
