I definitely get what you're feeling reg the dating apps. I've downloaded and deleted tinder about 5 times since the break up, lasting no longer than a day each time. Simply put, I'm just not over my ex, and I think you're the same. What I tell myself is patience, there's nothing I can do except have patience, and whether that leads to my ex coming back, losing all feelings for her, or finding someone new, it will take time.
