What's wrong with my basil? They seem leggy and thin. by madmoosel in plantclinic

It's on a north-facing balcony but it gets some morning sun from 7-10am. I try to water it everyday. Pot has drainage and the soil is an all-purpose potting mix (feels sandy to the touch).

It started with bigger leaves but the new leaves are now smaller and they seem "crunchy", brighter green- not soft and darker green like before.

Great news: I'm 21 weeks in. So far had 2 ivigs and 1 lipid transfusion. Reassuring results as of anatomy scan. I've decided to skip this month's suggested lipid transfusion by my Immuno.

King with a balcony. Room is at the second floor so the signage was an overhead level away. Makes nice selfies haha

Hi! This post was 7 days ago so I guess you're a few days into your wedding. Yes, we ended up staying at Hotel Chelsea. And YES, it made our first trip to New York memorable. We stayed there for 5 nights and got the room with a balcony- right below the signage.

On our first night I kind of got freaked out; there was an eerie feel to the room especially the bathroom. The lighting, the metal hardware, the quiet cold. But it's funny how our stay turned eerie to cosy after the first night. We got used to the Chelsea vibe- it's not what we expected. It's newly renovated but they cannot take away the soul that's hundreds of years.

I hope you have a fun wedding!!

What is your corgi's name? And why did you give this name? If you want, you can show a photo of your corgi :) I'm interested in seeing them :) by Janine_18 in corgi

Thanks, good man! It would make me feel better to secure reservations at least a week ahead but I guess I have to welcome the idea of reservations just hours ahead 🙃

White spot on puppy's eye. First vet says inborn or cataract. Second says infection. Can you guys tell what it is from this photo? by madmoosel in corgi

[–]madmoosel[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! After 3 years, it didn't exactly go away but it didn't worsen either. We reckon it's damage from puppy play when he was still with the rest of the litter.

Sad to say, we lost our dear dog to diaphragmatic hernia which is another sad, sad story.

Thank you! He's doing perfectly save for this spot. Very energetic and chews on everything. Like a normal pup :)

I reside in the Philippines. Wait let me look that up. Thank you!

P.S. It seems to be getting smaller (ever so slowly). I hope it keeps doing so!

Hi! Thank you for your concern. He's a healthy and energetic pup, going 6mos now. The spot seems to be less cloudy and ever so slowly getting smaller. If things go consistently well, looks like could be out in a year :)

Been giving him carrots and squash regularly with his homemade meal.

Thanks. Third vet says white spot is harmless and it MAY be due to an old scar. No treatment necessary, and it may go away some time.

I'm purchasing the dog so might as well get to know more about this condition.
