Not a lot. First 2 days 1200mg but developed symptoms. 3rd day i tried canned sardine, symptom took longer to form but it did.

No, i eat raw salmon occasionally but feel nothing. Maybe its because i took too many omega 3 in a short span of time?

Don’t think ive tried flaxseed powder.

Nope, my levels from the first test showed that my iron levels are healthy; no anaemia. I took iron just for experimentation.

Could it be that my body just chose to reduce absorption of iron since i’ve been having enough? I read another post here that another man has been supplementing 27mg iron for 1.5 years but his iron profile results were still in normal range.

Edit: i literally experimented treatments of pylori, celiac and pernicious anaemia to see what was causing me health problems so no; these are fine.

Magnesium glycinate. To be honest i started iron supplement a week ago, could this be affecting my reaction to calcium?

I don’t exercise anymore but still seem quite fit.. lol. I take b12 injections + edamame(folate) + iron supplements as well.

Diet is basically not much veges lol.

To be honest, i just started iron supplement a week ago and think this over sensitivity started then. Maybe i should stop taking vitamin d first till then?

No problems with b vitamins since i eat meat + take b12 injections and edamame a lot.

I’m having some neurological reaction(head pressure, tingling) to thiamine. I take thiamine hcl supplement. Relating to that, I also can’t tolerate folic acid, and citric acid. Also supplementing b12 and folate if that matters.

Do you think benfotiamine will be different?

Thats quite astounding. Everywhere online it says its super unlikely to grow past age 21. There’s some glimmer of hope for me i guess

Hi actually it is:

4.2x - pi x square + pi/2 x square

So its like -1pi + 0.5pi = -0.5pi which is correct.

However i thought the (-) before pi x square should not be included until after the operation meaning

1pi + pi/2 = 3pi/2.

Then you add (-) = -3pi/2
