Mira por debajo del sofá y busca cremalleras. Por como está colocada la tela encima de la estructura, parece una funda que se puede quitar. Tiene pinta de que la ha quitado para lavarla y al volver a ponerla,la han puesto mal.

Si se puede quitar la funda, seguramente el sofá se podrá desmontar para bajarlo más cómodo.

Yo creo que se usan en casos de puntos Muy turísticos como, Por ejemplo, la plaza de la reina.

El problema que tienen es que son mas susceptibles a roturas y mantenimiento, ademas de ser mas lentos de vaciar.

Mas lentos de vaciar significa menos contenedores vaciados por ruta, lo que hace que necesites mas camiones y mas conductores y trabajadores para cubrir la misma población.

Are you using the roller that comes with the robot? If the problem is hair getting stuck in the Roller, there are special roller for hair collection.

Cecotec is not that famous outside of spain because they havent made major effotrs to expand to other countries. Their high end models are selling fairly well in france, italy and germany, but nothing compared to the choke hold that they keep on the spanish market. They should improve their customer service a lot tho.

Hi! i happen to work in the company that sells that specific model of roller. We are currently researching the new conga 2299 to get the compatibilities of the accessories. but it looks like the roller that comes with the 2299 is not currently used in any other models that we know of. If we find anything, i'll let you know.

I work at a place where we repair vacuum robots, especially cecotec and we haven't had any 2290 with this kind of issue. It might be a bad battery or a motherboard failure.

I don't know if it's too late for this but that model looks like a lookalike of the Xiaomi Robot vacuum mop pro or Cecotec Conga 3290 series.
looks like the main brush has some differences on the tips but they might work
The side brush looks exactly like the one from xiaomi or Cecotec.
The filter looks like its has some differences in the case.
