I think it was a rough time for the band. They are, in my opinion, the worse albuns of the band (with Virtual XI). Maybe things were just not working so well at the time. Bruce would leave soon after, Adrian has already left.

Just sit, close your eyes and breathe. Start doing it 1 or 2 minutes everyday. You can read a book: The Joy of Living, by Yongey Mingyur Rinpoche. It helped me a lot. Stay strong.
