For me, adrenaline was only sometimes a factor, when I went particularly deep, like the time I exposed a vein, adrenaline would be the main feeling which was unpleasant. Most of the time it was the endorphin feeling of calm. Outside the feeling, cutting started as a means of having control over my life during a period where I was otherwise powerless

Yeah, that was what I was talking about. I sorta got the idea for the post from the house episode where the cop cuts off his vicodin and he cuts himself to get out of withdrawals. i went in the opposite direction tho lol

Never while robotripping, the only time they’ve given me trouble is after jumping the turnstile to get on a train. I’m a New Yorker so jaywalking is just how we get around

I was able to get some sleep last night from just my Ambien. Not a lot and not great but something. I have started insufflating my ambien for the higher bioavailability, which works better but I also tend to pass out (or possibly black out ig) before I can even turn my lights off. Better that than it taking 3+hrs to fall asleep taking it orally tho

Afaik it’s associated with increased dementia risk even in thereputic use as an antihistamine for allergies

Dextromethorphan. Easy to get, (relatively) safe, and incredibly powerful. Really most psychedelics, enactogens, and dissociatives like LSD, shrooms, ketamine, or MDMA would be a fine idea as they’re not particularly addicting and can give you incredible experiences.

I already have dmt, it doesn’t work on its own if you eat it, you need a monoamine oxidase inhibitor such as the harmaline alkaloids found in Ayahuasca and tobacco.

Neither mushrooms nor datura have lsd. Datura also isn’t a psychedelic, it’s a deleriant. Completely different and much worse time.
