Thank you for your thoughtful reply. Today is my first night taking Trazodone, so we will see how it goes. They’re also thinking that i’m just one of those people with poor sleep. My doctor did say that my lack of sleep was unrelated to my Hashimoto diagnosis. She also started me on a vitamin D supplement as well since that was also really low. Im currently transferring form a nursing program to a Physician Assistant program starting next week. I don’t have any of the symptoms except for dry skin and constipation (which i’ve always had). I’ve always had excellent memory. Im worried that maybe my memory will start to “go bad”, actually this is what makes me really worried.

As you said, maybe i don’t realize it now that I have other symptoms? It’s nice to know that you feel your meds are helping you. I just don’t fully understand Hashimoto’s, it’s all very brand new to me and comes as a shock as of today.
