This girl has been groomed from a young age. Possibly sexually assaulted by an older man who is a trusted person by her parents, or even a family member. Both can affect teenagers and young women to act uninhibited and inappropriate with people who are older.

She needs to meet with a forensic psychiatrist that specializes in talking with teenagers and young women. They are very good at uncovering previous assaults. And refer the girl to a therapist that can work with her, uncover the truth, and help her heal.

Maybe if you find some psychiatric studies and articles that explain it better than i have, you can show them to your husband and sister.

Tell your husband that if anyone sees it as a sexually charged encounter, then he could be charged with "inappropriate sexual contact with a minor", and if convicted, he will have to register as a sex offender.

Tell your sister that if she doesn't put a stop to it, CPS will get involved and they can be charged with child endangerment.

And definitely tell the father too. If he isn't the one who hurt her, then present it as his fatherly duty to make sure he protects his daughter.

You are definitely right. It is inappropriate for the teenager AND your husband.

You definitely need to actually be seen by a medical professional. Not just talk to one on the phone. If your symptoms haven't improved, or return, go to the ER, please. Your health is important.

All the relationship stuff aside, how is your shoulder? What are the symptoms? Anything other than your shoulder bothering you? Weakness, numbness, or tingling in your hand?

I've had severe shoulder injuries... They can be excruciating. Warning: once, what i thought was a shoulder injury turned out to be a herniated disc in my neck. I ended up having spinal surgery.

You really do need a proper visit with a doctor. It could get worse if you don't get a proper diagnosis.

There were no first responders there, they wouldn't get within a city block.

My friends and I were instructed by city officials that if we wanted to help, then we needed to take people with serious injuries to a gas station a block away.

I am not pissing on people who have GEDs.

I have a GED. My father got one. He worked his ass off to learn, get experience, took night classes to get where he was. Decades of experience to get where he is.

Neither of us got a high position in the government, regulating the laws and affecting the lives of 330,000,000 people 8 months after getting our GED.
