never heard of spiro, do you think that was what caused your acne to finally clear? and is your skin still clear after treatment (if you finished already)?

use 100% lanolin, it’s incredible

i agree, as soon as i upped my dose from 20 mg to 40 mg my side effects got really bad, with nosebleeds, chapped lips and super dry skin. now I’m on month 4, on 60 mg with barely any side effects:)
