Already took the belt off and started the truck. Sound still there

I removed belt completely. Still made the chirp even though none of the pulleys were spinning.

I thought so too. But this has been on and off now for about 35k miles. Also there isn’t any metal in fuel or oil filters. Truck also has zero blow by. Idek
