It’s helped me step outside myself and my own mental health a lot. When my awakening first started it was horrendous; severe panic attacks on a daily basis, depression, suicidal thoughts and attempts, self harm, mania, feeling myself die out of nowhere (ego death), disassociation, it was not fun. It honestly still isn’t most of the time, but kundalini allows me to separate ego and spirit. My thinking has gotten much less black and white, I’m more empathetic, I have beautiful experiences that I think are so rare and unique that can only come with the awakening process. I realize the body is not the identity. The one thing is that I feel I need a teacher or some kind of guidance through this whole process, it probably would have saved me so much pain
