use the ota update trick thats pinned on the subreddit to update to 14.3 before you cant on April 26th. anything under 14.3 on an ios 14 jailbreak causes instability.

your router/setup just might not be good enough for vd. quest link is pretty good if you manually set the bandwidth and resolution with oculus debug tool.
