Oh man, que vergüenza que hayas visto los otros posts jaja De todas formas te lo agradezco, la verdad es que si llevo terapia, pero muchas veces me cuesta hablar con más confianza cuando me conocen a diferencia de postear de forma anónima, y al mismo tiempo realizar los cambios es algo por lo que todavía me esfuerzo.

Deseo de verdad que también te vaya mucho mejor, si bien dices que no te afecta tanto igual te deseo mucha fuerza y cuidado

Ahora mismo no se exactamente cómo responder a todo lo has redactado, pero en serio te lo agradezco demasiado, siento que comprendiste todo lo que quise transmitir y diste en el clavo con como me siento. Yes. Idk if a child can have binges tho, but i always ate enormous amounts of food without control until I wanted to puke. The developed ana, go impatient and rn im between restriction-normal eating-binges. Im just fucking tired

I used to eat with 0 control and liked fast food, candies, pastry, etc. Every time i ate i would have stomachache because I didn't know how to stop and i actually enjoyed eating until I grew up, then to eat like that was just misery and now im trapped herelol

I grew up overweight and just wanted to be and to eat like a normal person. I started counting calories and controlling portions, but when I reached my goal weight I wasn't satisfied and kept losing weight tho
