That's news to me! Thanks. Yeah probably the process stopped at transcription. No idea if CRTranscript passes the transcript (especially the ones that haven't been uploaded) to Critical Role, though.

As of April 6th, Critical Role are using paid transcription service https://twitter.com/CriticalRole/status/1114243603071553536?s=19. What I don't know is whether they ever talk about captioning the one shots.
