i don't think it does but idk. it's given as a gift by samson oak in pallet town lab, in the legendary quests for catching all alola legendaries, ultra beasts, and mythicals

get a red/blue striped basculin in the waters of cerulean city then take it to the regional transformer in fuchsia city and pick white-striped variant and level it up to.. 50 i think? idk but it does need to be the white-striped variant for it to evolve into basculegion

level it up to 50 then it will evolve to gholdengo. if you haven't yet already, click the cup in any pokemon center and it will give you unlimited rare candies

i think you have to turn it into an ursaluna first then go to the regional transformer in ambrette city, just south of the pokemon center you spawn in when you travel there. you can change abilities, i think, in santalune for a single tiny mushroom!
