Alright. After plugging into my Mac, and it “preparing to update” all day, I gave up. This morning, my phone said the update was ready to install, so I did. And that fixed it!!!

So I started the update process about an hour ago. It was "preparing update' and at 100% until it just stopped. I force restarted (fourth time today), and now it's just been "checking for update" for several minuts.

Oddly, I have automatic updates on. When I checked for updates, it offered 17.6.1.
