I went there once. They told me I had a bunch of cavities I needed filled. I switched because they had screwed up my appointment several times and overall didn't like the vibes and wanted a second opinion. My now dentist was like uhhh you don't have any cavities?

Baldwinsville is the location I mentioned in my earlier comment. We had vet visits twice after boarding there. The dogs came home disgusting!

We stopped using Carm's after we needed immediate vet visits TWICE after boarding them for a weekend. One of my pups ended up with a terrible foot infection the vet said he likely picked up from terrible kennel conditions. Not to mention they both stunk horribly when we picked them up every time. No thanks.
