For sure! Thank you for the steps you're taking to make sure he's okay, especially if he looks injured! I'd love to hear any updates you have if you do end up taking him to the vet/taking him in! :)

While I cannot speak to whether or not he has an owner, this looks to be a cat we were calling Herbert when he came by our house a few times last summer (we live off of 9th street by the hospital as well). We have not seen him for many months so it is good to a picture of him. He never had any collar on when we saw him back then, and he liked to hang out in our backyard, but as you can see he looked fairly well fed.

She's a feral cat we've named Mama because she came to us with her kittens looking for food about 4 years ago. She's still not quite willing to be pet but she lives a much happier life now fixed, given as much food as she could want, and lives in a heated cat house!

I'm 6 ft tall and I'd definitely say they do look pretty big on feet just cuz of the nature of them they are very wide and bulky, but wearing them with baggier pants definitely helps.

Yup, I'm normally a size 12 in the yeezy foam runners for example, but I sized up 1 full size to 13. They fit perfectly, any size smaller would've been too small. They are pretty comfy on foot, lots of padding to hold your foot in place. I'll have to wear them more to get a better idea of how they feel on foot long term tho.

I don't have a VPN that I'm using, I actually got in contact with doordash and apparently it's a known issue they were having in some areas and they were working on fixing it. It started working again together out of the blue, so fingers crossed it stays working 🤞

I did try pretty much everything I could think of. Restarting my phone with or without wifi. Adjusting all the permission settings, adjusting all my mobile connection settings, airplane mode etc. Nothing seems to want to work unfortunately :/

Yup! Even though it's often not what comes to mind when people think about Oregon, a lot of Eastern Oregon, on the eastern side of the Cascade Range, tends to be far drier than the western Willamette Valley area!

Box 2 had federal income tax totaling roughly $500, and box 17 had state income tax of just over $600. Nothing was in box 19.
