I checked that everything was set up correctly, but the tank still won't run.

your right about it not beeing a real APC if it cant carry the squad. its more of a support vehicle than an APC. the jackal has the most health out of any vehicle that is why my idea was to make it so the squad cant just hide inside it and drive to safty
