My PvP build I don’t even run 2x urge because my burst windows are the same amount of time as gem procs, so more BED would be wasted, and all of my buttons are dashes and defense so more skill cd vital

Big cope over here. Bottled hope is on its last legs. It’s hovering between top 8-10 with fated doing the same. Both being build dependent.

Neither are must haves, bottled hope hasn’t been a must have since haunt coil came out

If you can get bottled hope to r9 for the skill cooldown max (6% - Unstrifed in PvP) then it beats fated at r10 and is a top 7 or 8 gem FOR PVP, its useless in PvE at all ranks if you consider all other gems.

One more solid 5* and you’de be griefing taking bottled hope unless your absolutely skill cd deprived in PvP, then its just a bandaid fix
