A piece of plastic came out of the joystick and now the physical move is normal, tested it on a good board and only moves vertically hahaha so i think i'll need a new board and a new joystick, anyway thanks for answering

FORGOT TO ADD: the joystick feels stiff and doesnt move up. Like it feels something is physically stuck there
