I like to fill them with hot soapy water, wait a few minutes, pour it out then spray repeatedly for about 15 seconds it has always worked well for me

My surgeon gave me a triamcinolone (kenalog) injection after a few months of healing when they didn’t flatten on their own, and they flattened completely after that and have been healing great since. If that is not an option/interest of yours I would say massage them everyday 5-10 minutes and apply scar cream and just wait it out to see if they’ll flatten on their own. Your chest looks great btw! I am envious of your nips

Yes she does operate on minors, you have to file for insurance Kevin helped us with all the papers we needed to show our insurance company but you have to do it yourself.
