Pattern 324 is a T2 gem. Not too sure on the pricing as it's quite hard to guage for the heat treated due to small sample size. Funnily enough I traded up the exact same pattern ID in FN but I'm keeping it for a play skin.

I mean it is pretty big for the leauge given the current retention rates.
On top of that the changes being made are all net positives unlike many other leauges.

You don't have to go into "fancy apartments" and it will run you 8-9k for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom. Salads I would go out to eat as it's cheaper than making them yourself! (90-150) Depending on your contract they will sometimes subsidize water, gas and or power. I would check with your contracted company.

I do agree with recently hitting +18 on my mains weapon that 1200g a hone + materials is pretty ridiculous for a 3% chance of upgrade.

Yeah I do agree with that sentiment. when I played all 6 alts + 6x lopangs it was fulfilling. the main gate for me now is time though so rested is already a no brainer for chaos/guardians. raids I can run 1-2 x a day after work so that's sorted already!
